Young people lack access and don't see that there are positive role models in sport.

Young people don't understand and recognise good behaviours in sport as they don't think there are sports people out there that are doing the right thing. They also think sports clubs don't prioritise good behaviours.

Create workshops that promote good cultures and behaviours in sport. Create incentives and a program which young people can follow and interact with.
