What is the problem you found?

How might we reduce the levels of pollution and plastic waste in our community?

Customer / Problem

Our customers are primarily schools, day care centres and local governments who are looking for ways to make more sustainable decisions, whilst also providing quality equipment for children to utilise.

What Is Your Solution?

'Plastic to Playground' collects plastic waste through a series of strategically placed collection bins throughout the Gold Coast Area.

The plastic waste is collected, processed and melted down to be repurposed as playground components. Once the components are created, full playgrounds are developed, or existing playgrounds may be retrofitted.

All playground and components will be donated to schools, parks and kindergartens. Plastic Playground also aims to eventually develop a ninja warrior course, made entirely from recycled plastic, to encourage children in the area to be active.
